Set up payer authentication for a card payment.

The payer authentication can only be set up once the payer has entered their card details and they
have been tokenised by the CyberSource Flex MicroForm javascript library.

This method requires a MERCHANT access token for authentication

Note, this method is used by the NoFrixion payframe when communicating with the payment gateway. If you are using the payframe to capture card details you do not need to call this endpoint directly.
