If the payer is enrolled in the payer authentication scheme then the response to this
method can indicate that the payer needs to be sent to the issuing bank for authentication.
This method requires a MERCHANT access token for authentication
Note, this method is used by the NoFrixion payframe when communicating with the payment gateway. If you are using the payframe to capture card details you do not need to call this endpoint directly.
